Today (Sunday): It will be a fairly cloudy day across the bulk of England and Wales with the chance of a few spots of drizzle. However, west Wales and western England will be brighter with sunny spells. Predominantly dry across Scotland with sunny spells and variable amounts of cloud. However, patchy drizzle is expected to arrive across the Western Isles through the afternoon. Generally cloudy across Northern Ireland with scattered light showers.

Tonight (Sunday night): Staying rather cloudy across much of England and Wales with the chance of isolated spots of drizzle, and the odd heavier shower towards the south coast of England. However, western areas will continue to have clearer skies. Largely dry across Scotland with clear spells becoming lengthy in most places, but it will remain cloudier across the Western Isles with a little drizzle. Becoming dry across Northern Ireland with clear periods developing.
